Top bag & OEM pannier

This is my proposition how to attach a top bag to an OEM side pannier. Holders are made of aluminum (1,5 mm). Are easy to made and detachable. I think that pictures show everything....

I was just thinking today how to add tie down points. This is an excellent solution with the added bonus of not having to drill the cases.

I've seen something like that in stainless that you might be able to find with a web search.
