Super tenere xtz problem

Hello my friend i have a yamaha xtz super tenere 750, this week i swap engine from yamaha TDM 850 1991, its perfect i swap all things from tdm like: carb, ecu etc… but when is in neutral the throttle is perfect it doesnt suck but when i go for a ride he start to interrupted in all gears like when i go in 2k 3k rpm start to suck and when i give more gas start to work fine a little bit and again start to suck i dont know what it is maybe carb tune or i dont know THANK YOU SO MUCH.

It will be faster for you to look for the problem you mention in some TDM 850 forum... it could be a problem with spark, carburetion, ignition advance, lack of fuel... surely a TDM850 owner Something similar to yours happened to him.
