Seat concepts rear seat width and Holan panniers

Can anyone tell me the overall width of the Seat Concepts passenger seat. I installed Holan Panniers and want to make sure it fits between the new grab handles. I tried calling Seat Concepts and they were unable to tell me how wide the seat was :-[

My bike is in for the 12000 miles checkup and has the seat concepts front and rear. I can measure and reply Friday evening. Though I can't imagine it won't fit with your panniers. There is clearance between the seat and the grab handles. I will post up a picture Friday evening as well

The grab handles are against the sides of the pillion seat with the Seth Laam mod but it does fit. I had Seth tweak the mod a bit and that may be why it is tight against the sides of the seat. He might be able to tweak it to where it doesn't rub.

My Seat Concepts rear seat is 12 1/2 inches wide at widest point. It is not currently on bike, so can't comment much on clearance.
