Trying to mount my GPS to a 2019 S10.I can’t find any RAM mounts that fit the Yamaha Bar. Any insights or ideas on mounts that fit the S10 would be appreciated. Does anyone know if the S10 bar is .5 inches

I don't know how much of a DIY guy you are, so this information might be useless to you, but this is what I did. I ran into the same problem finding a ball mount for my accessory rail, so I just made my own. The base is just a piece of 1" wide aluminum bar stock from the hardware store. I also bought a U-bolt with sufficient internal clearance to fit around the accessory bar. I drilled a couple holes in the aluminum bar to secure the U-bolt around the bar and into the aluminum base, and this was topped off with a couple acorn nuts. The U-bolt has some shrink tubing around it, to make it grip the accessory bar better.

I made my own ball mount from a 1" threaded ball from McMaster Carr, a short piece of 1/2" aluminum tubing, and a 1/4"-20 bolt. You could skip this step and just buy a RAM ball with a threaded end and screw it into the aluminum base (you'll need to tap a hole in the aluminum to match the RAM ball).

It sounds like more work than it actually is.

The RAM product you are looking for is THIS P/N RAM-B-408-37-62U for .375 to .625 bars.
Or you could use one of the many other RAM mounts to attach it somewhere other than the bar. 6mm threaded ball

I use the SWMotech GPS mount. Anything you use will have some moment arm vibration.

The stock accessory rail works fine for me since I bought some of those accessory rail stabilizers from one of the members on the forum. It's a solid platform now.

I found mounting to that bar gave my gps too much movement. I ended up mounting to the center of the handlebar. Steady as can be there.
Have you tried the Super Bracket? They're made by a forum member, Propsoto, and they're fantastic at reducing the vibration. Do a forum search for "super bracket" and you'll find them easy.

I used the RAM torque mount Eric posted above for both my Garmin Zumo and a cell phone. They're rock solid.
