Hey Everyone,
I have been wanting to buy the original tank pad that is a look alike to the Dakar rally logo. I checked multiple Yamaha websites and I cant seem to find an option to buy it online. I am in UAE, Dubai and hence the store here does not have the stock. I can place a special request to source is for me, however they want me to place a minimum of $300 order to be placed for a special request.
I have delivery addresses in US, UK and couple of other countries where the stuff can be delivered to, along with a bill and they would then ship it to me for a minimal cost. I have been looking at a website www.yamabits.co.uk where they do have the exact stuff I need, including the thigh pads on the tank, and the world crosses decals.
Thigh Foam tank pads - 23P-F41D0-T0-00 (Europe 23P-F41D0-V0-00)
Super Tenere Tank Pad - 23P-F41D0-S0-00 (Europe 23P-W0790-00-00)
World Crosser Decal - Found only in the European website 23P-F17C0-U0-00 (Red)
The website I mentioned above, has all these decals Im looking for, the downside is there is no credit card payment option. Has anyone else purchased these online from this website? Or if you have any other website that can help me buy it with a CC would be great.
We have the summers approaching in about two months and I need a bike cover as well, the summers here exceed 48c, and this is my daily ride and I have no covered parking
so I need a decent cover that will last the summers and keep the bike protected. Any help would be great!
