S10s just went on open stock here in the southeast. There are about 11 black ones and "limited" blue ones available. Any yamaha dealer can place an order and have the bike next month. Speculate all you want as to why this happened, just know that this is rare.

My uncle is a dealer. He called me yesterday with this news.

Why wouldn't there be any open stock? The PDP period is over.

Called my dealer in South Carolina yesterday and put down a deposit on a Raven. Didn't have one in stock, but will be there Tuesday ready for pick up. Because of work, can't get it until Saturday. :'( So, yep, they are available.

So, only the slower Black ones are readily available. Wonder why? :D :D :D

Good news for those who want a ST and not wait!

Good sign that Yamaha doesn't feel like they have to hedge their bets with the PDP rigmarole again. It took several years to get the FJR off PDP.
