Hi everyone,

I’m taking an off-road adv course in May, and I’m unsure what I should have my suspension settings set at for off-road use. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

All I've got for you is for you to turn down your traction control. I like setting two, many turn the system off completely.

Well, depends of the terrain...
But in general, it is very importent that the damping isn't to much.
Because the the spring might not have have time to dekompress, if the next pothole follow shortly after the first..anf then the suspension appera as VERY hard.

Some of us also like to disable the ABS, so we can lock up the rear wheel to slide it in bends, etc.. I would try asking whoever is running the training, what they would recommend..
