Hey I recently moved to Exton PA for a bit for school. I am Brining the bike down here this weekend. I went through Yamaha's site for finding a place while I am down here for service and what not. The two places I found near me are Cycle Max in Honey Brook and Crossroad Powersports in Upper Darby.

Has anyone dealt with either of these places and if so which one would I be better off with? One is double the distance then the other but That does not matter if the service and quality is there.

Thanks for the help

Martin's in Boyertown: straight up RT100 from you. Watch out for the traffic, 100 is a tough, dangerous ride. You turn left at the light just north of where PA73 crosses and they are just past WalMart. You can't miss it. Great dealer, I bought my Tenere from them. Adam in the service department and Jeff at parts will treat you right.

Like any other relationship, if you plainly state your policies and expectations up front, there will be few if any problems. I constantly hear of problems with all sorts of businesses and firms that I frequent, and while others may have problems, I seldom if ever do. Setting the tone of the relationship up front is in everyone's best interest, IMO.

As far as Martin's goes, I've always plainly told service what it was that I wanted, and what I expected. I've never had a problem. They've treated me well. Same for parts. Sales is sales everywhere. Martins at least tries, I would suggest looking at their ride schedule, and also strongly recommend their classic bike show they hold every year in March. I've attended every year, and it has consistently been a winner.

There are some other area dealers that have most definitely not treated me well, and I gave them a graceful way to resolve it, and they chose not to take it. So I won't recommend them for anything. If you want to know who that is, PM me.
