Hello from the Olympic Peninsula. I am a converted Harley rider. I don't scrape floorboards anymore. Everything doesn't shake like crazy at stop lights. I never did dress like a pirate. I was the geek Harley guy with a fullface helmet and a textile jacket.
Do we still do the cool guy wave at each other?

Congratulations on your Super Tenere and Welcome to the forum. You won't be disappointed in either.

Greetings from Malta and welcome to the forum.
In Malta we drive/ride on the left, so that makes waving a bit more difficult as you can't take your right hand off the bar. But when I'm on continental Europe I make sure to wave whenever I can - it gives you a sense of belonging to the biking community (and it's polite to wave back when others wave at you).

What an international group this is. I didn't realize how widespread we were at first.
I got my nuvi mounted today in a ram mount. Lots of farkles left on my list. Next may be a tall parabellum windshield.
You guys are a bad influence on my pocketbook.

::004:: Funseeker57. One-time Harley rider here too. I had a 1990 Electra-Glide Sport FLHS from 1990-95. Enjoy your new ride! I think you will find it to be a blast! Personally, I wave to everybody, even scooters (but not e-Bikes!)

Cheers,

Bruce
