Necessary items for valve check and manual CCT install

I'm getting set up to have a shop do my second valve check, and I'm going to have them install a Graves manual CCT at the same time. Last time I had a shop do this, they didn't bother to have any of the expendable items like gaskets on hand when the job was scheduled, causing a lot of unnecessary delay. I want to make sure this doesn't happen again, so I'm going to pre-order the items that'll be needed. Assuming a worst case scenario that none of the old gaskets are salvageable, can anyone tell me what gaskets need to be purchased for the job I'm describing? Many thanks.

Worst case scenario would be a valve cover gasket, clutch cover gasket, and a CCT gasket. Of course, they better have a shim kit in stock too, LOL.
Best case scenario would be that everything could be re-used, but don't bet on a shop doing that.

They did tell me they have the shims in stock.

There's a breather gasket inside the cylinder head....does this need to be replaced?

I think the valve cover, clutch and CCT gasket should be all needed, but chances are none will be needed unless someone assembled last time using gasket sealer of some kind. The valve cover gasket is rubber and doesn't need replacing, the clutch cover normally pops right off and the gasket can be reused, the CCT gasket is a metal gasket that can be reused as well. I know some prefer to always replace gaskets just to be "safe" though.
Actually replacing that valve cover gasket would be a serious chore, as it's bonded to and meant to stay on the cover when removed. To keep a new gasket adhered correctly would take patience and time to carefully glue the gasket to the cover and let it fully dry before assembling.

Hi RonH, and thanks. Based on my experience with the last shop that did my valve check, I don't want the process to grind to a halt when I get that "well duh, we didn't order the things we need to do a valve check when we actually scheduled your valve check", and then dragging out the process for two weeks (at which point I got so pissed I just took the bike back without the work being done). This isn't the same shop I'm going to this time, but I want to head off any parts problems ahead of time. I figure (hopefully) I'll be able to return the gaskets if the shop doesn't use them. I'm kind of under the gun to get this finished before a trip next month. Anyhow.....

These are the photos of the gaskets I think you're referring to. The ones with the red arrows are the ones I think you mean. Can you confirm these are the ones I need? I also read in the service manual that the breather plate gasket is also supposed to be replaced, so I included that in the photo too.

Thanks for your help!

Yes those are the ones, but no need to disassemble the part where #19 gasket in your pictures is. That stays with the cover and doesn't need fooled with.
Good luck and hope all goes smooth.

Thanks Ron, I appreciate the help. Just as well on the breather gasket, it's on backorder anyway.
