I wished I would have never seen that.

Guzzi's are a very unique ride, specs don't correlate at all to just how satisfying a ride they can be. Foibles and all. If I don't go Tenere, I'll most likely own another Goose.

And I thought rehab from the Italian bike thing was complete...

Guzzi's are indeed nice machines .... I rode a Grisso a couple of years back. I just recall it being a very long bike and a little odd in it's handling as a result. Drive train had a whine which I was told was normal. Gearbox a little agricultural. Very thirsty. Wicked looking in black. 8) I'd probably own one but would dread the British winters as I'm not convinced the finish is up to much.

God I love Guzzis. No rational reason, they just appeal to me. I have a '73 V7 Sport, perhaps the prettiest motorcycle ever made. Have had a V50 Monza, and a LeMans. Desperately want a 2000 V11 Sport red and lime green. Liked the Stevlio when it first came out and did like the looks of the Norge. Guzzi made the Quota back in the 80's I believe, it was like the Cagiva Elefant.

They are a unique ride and a not for everybody but they have that certain Italian sould that makes them haunt your soul. Ok so that was a bit dramatic, they are just really cool and differnt

Agreed. If they had a bigger and better dealer network here in the U.S., it would be a contender.

+1

Lots to like, but no dealer network just kills it.

I rode last years model that a local dealer had. Great handling and a neat growl from the exhuast. I was turned off by the smallish fuel tank (41/2 gallons?) and some fit and finish items. The new model looks like it may have addressed these concerns. If I didn't have an S10 on order I would give it a second look! 8)

In my eyes the Stelvio is in a class all by itself, one will stand out in any crowd. Too bad their dealer network is so small or I would be riding one now.
