The closest match that may fit the Yamaha Super Tenere 100 ES OEM rack mount system that I can find is the GIVI 48L OUTBACK. Outback seems to have a similar locking mechanism as the yamaha OEM 35L side case. Would anyone confirm this fitment? Many thanks in advance.

Givi Outbacks will not fit the OEM mounting system

I don't think anything is going to be a direct fitment. IIRC, some members have used the OE racks for anchor points for soft luggage though.

can not see any reason why a givi outback pannier would not fit that oem raid edition frame, as its pretty clear that the yamaha cam rack
and raid panniers are made by givi and have yamaha punched into the pannier not givi,

To add to this, the givi branded cases do no fit the triumph locking system. I found this out researching the purchase of a new tiger 1200.

can i ask whitch givi branded cases you mean

rob
The new triumph is available with Trekker cases. There has been a lot of complaint about them not being the same mounts as the givi trekker so if broken you are forced to buy through triumph. I bought the ST instead so that's all I know.

I forgot about the newer boxes. Took it for granted that it was the Gen 1s since it's increasingly common to have racks and no boxes, and vice versa. I haven't seen the problem with the YamaGivis yet since they're not as numerous. If he's a real member, (no intro) maybe he can give us some additional info.
