I did the same when I swapped my S10 for a new MT09 Tracer
I ordered the Givi branded rails & topbox kit from http://www.accessorimotostore.com/ and the Kappa K40 panniers from outlet ricambi on Ebay.
It takes 3-7 days for the stuff to get from Italy to the UK. They ship worldwide.
Kappa & Givi products are made by the same company and use the same monolock/monokey systems, so you can mix and match. I use an old Givi E45 as a topbox, although the K40 fits on the topbox rack too.

I got a pair of those Kappa KGR33 side cases, transferred from the Versys 650. Now just waiting to get the panniers rack. These boxes looks really great.
