Hey Funseeker, I see your from Silverdale. I lived in Poulsbo in the early 80's. I imagine the area changed quite a bit. The Silverdale mall had just opened up when we moved back east. I really miss the area and the people. When you got your Jesse Lugage, did they mill down the bottom of the retention blocks so they didn't scrape your exhaust guard? I had spoken to one of the machinists there and told him my situation and he sent me a milled retention block for the exhaust side luggage. I think it could use a bit more but it's not rubbing against it anymore. Let me know.

Hi Millman, I got an email from Jesse today. My bags are still at least two weeks away from shipping. I'll let you know if they now include the fix. You left the area about the time Silverdale exploded. You wouldn't recognize it today. Right now we are getting almost non stop rain. I'll bet you don't miss that.

Yeah, traffic was starting to get a little heavy. Let me know about the block. I work in a machine tool shop here in Rochester and I can have some one machine the edge off. If you look on their face book page, someone posted a pic from behind of their bike and it looks like he machined the blocks down

I mounted my Jesse bags today. They did not come with the piece milled like you suggested. With a band saw and a few minutes with a hand file I got mine looking just like yours. Works fine now.
