Recently purchased an Arai Signet-Q, Pearl Black. Seems to fit well though is noisier than I would have guessed.

Arai's customer service is top notch. The Arai techs will be looking at it at the Long Beach motorcycle show. This communication took only two days.

You must have a 'long oval-'shaped head? Judging by the absence of any complaints about comfort, the fit must be pretty good. How much room is in the ear pockets for speakers? Thanks!

The Signet-Q is 5mm longer than the RX-Q. I don't feel any pressure on my ears. Also, I went from a Large HJC Carbon AC-12 to a Medium Arai Signet-Q. The helmet comes with a PinLock fog resistant lens, a DVD showing how to install the visor, and a small bottle of silcone lubricant. The helmet sells for $610 and I paid $475. All this and I am more impressed with Arai Customer Service.
