I've been wanting to install a high front fender on my 17 Super Tenere. Found a couple posts about it, but all from years ago. Anyone done this recently and have any advise?

I stand corrected.. . . . I do not have a high fender on my S10, it is a beak: . . .
All good, no need to stand corrected. For all intents and purposes the beak can also be classified as a quasi-mini, high fender....I stand corrected.
No, I didn't think it through. He said high fender, and I pictured yours. When you explained the difference, I thought "doh!", yeah, there's a difference. He even referenced an actual high fender pic in another thread, and I didn't catch on. It did look bad ass with a 21" wheel too. So, I don't know if he's after a beak or a motocross fender. All good, no need to stand corrected. For all intents and purposes the beak can also be classified as a quasi-mini, high fender....
I'm definitely looking for the high motocross fender look. I've got a fender for YZ450 on the way. Will post pics when it's done, hopefully sooner than later. No, I didn't think it through. consider yourself properly chastised!I stand corrected.
As they wisely note at the bottom of the info on the kit;If you are looking for a couple of extra inches for functionality to deal with mud accumulation, check out this kit... it's from a member here (right?)

I've looked at it several times and conversed with the guy but still haven't pulled the trigger.
If you are looking for the full height motocross look... I just can't visualize how'd mount / clearances etc. But if you get it done post it up here .
I did something similar long ago and found out the hard way with the light I had mounted under the headlights that at full bottom out, contact would occur. Snapped the OEM fender at the mounting points quite efficiently. Its noted that this kit raises the fender by 50mm and may come in contact with any additional lighting mounted under the factory headlights.
No clue, I just found that image on the web...I wish I could have more details. That's the ticket! Is that a 21" front wheel or a 19?
