Hi all I have just bought a new Tenere 2015 it's my first adventurer and love it I have a total of 8 bikes from a 1977 GT 750 Suzuki to this new wonderful machine. We are planning plenty of touring in the future and the Tenere was my choice.

Welcome to the family. The Tenere is a great turing machine. Use the search function and you will find earlier posts about making it better with a variety of windshields, flattening either seat, etc.

Thanks guys. I am in Calgary. So I am blessed with some great places to ride as we are 40 mins from the Rockies We have a lot of off road trails here which is one reason I bought the tenere. The other is we plan to ride/tour the states and South America in the coming years. We are actually touring with our bikes the UK next year taking in the 2016 IOM TT. You can now fly with Air Canada from various airports around Canada to many destinations. I am also looking for advice on the best luggage set up I can get for the tenere so any suggestions would be great

Welcome!

I love that water buffalo!!!!!
You've tricked it out nicely too.

I was a kid in the make-ready department at Stubbs Suzuki when that bike arrived on our shores. I got to test drive every single one of them. :)
Up until that point, their best selling street bike was the Titan 500 2-stroke. It water cooled 750 was quite a step up in awesomeness.
