Hi anybody know what this burned electric block is ?

Others have the same plug, not aftermarket. The abs module sounds probable. It's a high voltage/amperage system. That would explain why nothing seems to be "off". The sensors, all the sensors, are a very light gauge wire. I'll have to unplug mine and see if the abs light stays out.

Mijn fiets is van 2010 europees model. Ik vraag mij af of bij jullie de zwarte draad ook warm wordt na enkele minuten stationair draaien. Je kan de draad vastnemen, hij voelt zich warm aan.

My bike is from 2010 European model. I wonder if the black wire also gets warm after idling for a few minutes. You can take hold of the thread, it feels warm.

On my wiring diagram that's what I found as well. Both the wheel sensors plug go into a wheel sensor ECU that looks to take a lot of juice to operate.

Here's a crude simple start that works:
Put a meter or light on the wire, then pull fuses one by one till the meter or light shows you found the right one.

It’s a ground connector. The lower part of the wiring goes directly to the engine block ground point. I would have a close look at the condition of the ground connection at the engine, probably find it corroded.

Here a little update of my problem. After some research and input from other members I am still not sure what the problem is.
Checked the rectifier/regulator.
- Between the 3 white combinations I have messured 22-23V.
- The output from the black and red, while the motor is running is 12,3V and not 14V as expected in the manual.
- After disconnecting the stator coil coupler I have noticed that the black whire (melted box) is not warm anymore. I 've ckecked afterwards when
connecting the coupler, again the wire warms up quickly.
As a possible conclusion I think the problem can be the rectifier/regulator. I have ordered the rectifier yesterday.

Latest news! After replacing the rectifier/regulator I have made a trip of 30km. The black (burned) ground wire doesn't warm up! The battery charges, since i tested the output 13,8V. So, I think the problem is solved. Anyway I will make a appointment with the garage to verify and to do a check up.

Yup. Pretty rare if that was it - BUT - This is an 11 year old bike in the UK weather.
