Just dropping-in to say hey-there! Currently in northern, middle Tennessee. My ride is a 2012 Concours 14 that now has right at 40k miles. Bought it new in February of 2012. It has been a lot of places in that time.

Been reading about the Super Tenere since 2012, and have considered getting one at least twice now--last time was after the 2014 changes. Well, I'm at it again. I've got a June trip planned that goes through Big Bend National Park, White Sands, and then west way over into Arizona. Then, north and pass the east side of the Grand Canyon and on to southeast UT. Heading to southern CO where the folks and li'l sister are located. So, I've been wondering if I should do this trip on a Super Tenere because I plan to ride the Moki Dugway in UT. Did the Burr Trail Pass with the Connie this past June, and thankfully the road was dry.

Anyway, mostly going to take in information available here.

Myself and the Arizona contingent did the Moki on our way to the Ouray Rally a few years back. I can also highly recommend Valley of the Gods road, and you're right there at Monument Valley. Other than the height, the Moki was an easy dirt road (what I've heard referred to as Cadillac dirt).

Thanks for the tip! I've added the Valley of the Gods road as part of the route getting through the Moki Dugway and heading north.

Hey TG! Been through Centerville numerous times. Always rode down 48 out of Dickson. From Centerville, there are a several directions that have been ridden. Like the area. I'll have to look into D&H as it is about three and a half hours from me. Thanks for the heads-up!

I know. I know. Right?

Sure would like to have one for the June trip heading west. Leaving this week for the east coast on the Connie, and then back into the Appalachian mountains. While out, I should be considering some of the left-over units at dealers around home. Would need to really get hopping to have an S10 ready for the June adventure.

Just keep egging me on! :))
