Happy Trails 9" panniers with a 4" high topcase... I moved the panniers over from a previous Tenere and just added the topcase for tools, maps, pump camera, etc... I used to have half my side pannier was filled with this stuff I wanted to leave on bike all the time, and when I had a large topcase I would leave it empty for helmet/gloves when stopped, which left limited space for multi week camping trips. This setup leaves all the basics necessities on the bike all the time and leaves both panniers available for trip packing. Tent and camp gear straps right on top of topcase over softbag which allows access to both panniers.
