Handlebar vibration

Hello,

First long ride on rough roads this weekend and I'm having a similar problem to the one I had on my old bike.
The vibrations from the handlebars make my hands tingle, and after a while it becomes more painful and goes up to my elbow.

This time, I've done some more research on the subject and I see that there are certain options available:
-PHDS Xtrig: Available for enduro/cross bikes and KTMs, but I haven't seen any references for our bikes.
FLEXX handlebars: https://www.fasstco.com/collections/adventure-products/products/flexx-handlebar-adventure?variant=42292175044765
The flexx handlebar seems to be an effective solution according to the various reviews I've read, but the downside is the price - it's a substantial investment!
Anti-vibration inserts: https://www.fasstco.com/collections/motorcycle/products/threaded-anti-vibration-inserts
The least expensive option, but I don't know if it's really effective.

I'd like to add that I've already tried grip puppies on my old bike.
It's effective, but I don't really like the feeling, the grips get very big, and wearing winter gloves is even worse, the feeling isn't great.

I'd like to hear your opinions on these different options.
Thanks a lot!

Is it possible that you’re holding the bars too tightly?
It may be worth going for a ride and reminding yourself to loosen your grip.
This. Relax and try to hold the bars as gently as you can. I have also found that some of my gloves impact the blood flow and long-term comfort of my hands more than others, so try changing up your gloves. I installed Pro Taper Pillow Top grips on my 690 and Grip Puppies on my GS, and both made a noticeable improvement to my hand fatigue.

Thank you for all your answers.
I don't feel like I have too firm a grip, more relaxed.

I had Grip Puppies on my old bike, and they work pretty well for vibration, but I don't have a very big hand and the grip becomes quite peculiar.

The flexx bar option seems to be popular on this thread, but very expensive.

I filled the handlebar with ledpellets on some of my bikes and that worked.
Moved back the handlebar so there was no lean forward at all fixad my elbows.

Grip puppies are kind of like seats what works great for one rider might be worthless to the next.
I usually wear xx large gloves but don’t like grip puppies because they make the grips to thick.

How long do those grip puppies last?
They look like a foam stuff that would rot and fall off after a few months in the sun.
Obviously, I’ve never seen these actual things before…

I didn't keep the bike long enough to judge their longevity. After 6k miles, they were starting to conform to the shape of my grip.
