From what I have been reading, the magic number for the sag is about 57mm (30% of 190). All the videos I saw and other things I read, they say the sag should be about 35 to 40mm, but the were not ADV bikes. Tonight I had some time and was able to set the SAG at 57 and not have the preload cranked down all the way. Has any one else set theirs to this number? I'll do the rebound tomorrow.

Took a nice hour long ride today. The sag setting felt great and I had the rebound set at 6 clicks from base. (Counter clockwise).

My sag was at about the same. With gear I'm around 195 and it took most of the rear preload to do it.
Don't remember where I have the damping set to.

Mine is set closer to the 60mm mark. I have an aftermarket shock and spring due to weight. I was only getting 73mm with the stock spring.

Some people say 30%, other say 1/3rd of total travel. Set mine to be in the middle of that range.
