gmail hates you

I'm subbed to the for sale forum and Gmail constantly marks the alerts as spam... saying it doesn't follow the guidelines for mass emails... can you fix that please?

Yes thanks, JRE I know about that but it is a bit backwards don't you think? Asking the many thousands of users to change something when in fact the site is doing something amiss? See what I mean?

I had this issue as well... easier to just add the forum email address to your Gmail contacts - add it to a email group called Forums.

Done.

No we don't know till you tell us what "in fact the site is doing amiss."


Please check your setting as suggested.

I had to specifically create a filter for "this is not spam". It's not the cleanest, but notifications don't go to spam now.
