givi monokey rack for 2014

Hopefully someone can tell me i am being dumb and set me straight!

I have a v46 top case i want to fit to my 2014. I looked it up on the givi site and ordered an SR371.

It has now arrived - fitting instructions here.

The two brackets each have two mounting points - four screws in total. My rear plate has 3 screws, and not in the same places......

Ok just re-read the blurb on the givi site. I think i have to remove the original rack first.
