On my last 1200Gs it was 36/42 for every situation......I'd prefer not to keep messing with the prtressures when I'm carrying the boss and Luggage...anyone run theirs on 36/42 all the time?

(Purely on road I'd guess)

Thanks for the replies folks... I'll try leaving it at fully loaded pressures and see how it goes ::26::

That's what the manual says. I've always used these pressures, both on the original Battlewings and on the Metzler Tourance I'm now using. Never had a problem. I ride nearly always on paved roads.

I run about 36/38 most of the time. Keeping the pressures up helps gas mileage and to prevent cupping of the tread blocks. If doing a fast twisty pavement weekend I reduce them to about 32/34 because the bike slides less.

I run 38/40 all of the time. Just easier that way. I have played with the tire pressures and seem to get better mileage and tire wear.

We're off for a few days this coming Monday on the bike... Two up with luggage. I'll try 36/42 and see how it goes . It certainly sounds like I don't need to keep altering the pressures according to the load ::003::
