While out touring around the undiscovered world (for me anyway) There's the MSR bottles that don't hold much and rotopax which take up some valuable real estate when not being used I came across these while perusing a Buell site. If anyone knows about having to carry extra fuel it's Uly riders ;D . Has anyone tried these yet? It looks like the 12 liter is just over 3 gallons .Nice that you can roll them up out of the way when not in use and strap them right to the seat when full.

First, every fuel pump in the US has a sign you've seen. It says that dispensing fuel into unapproved containers is illegal. I've looked into more than one fuel-related fire and can understand why. It's not safe.

That said, Amazon and REI carry the MSR dromedary bag, which comes in 2,4,6, and 10 liter sizes. Tough bag and I know somebody using one for gasoline.

And if you are truly cheap, the Starbucks coffee box bladders are mylar and hold over a gallon. If you don't like coffee I guess that you could raid the trash at an office park.

These are made for carrying fuel. Im not looking for cheap, just something that doesn't take up valuable space when not in use.
