Engine Warning Light

Hi all I've a 15 plate non Es that's been sitting in my garage on a tender for 5 weeks . Went to start it today which it did first attempt as usual, but the engine warning light remains on!! Any ideas why?

Sometimes when the rear wheel spins up the EML comes on, then I ride it to 20kph and it resets, try riding it up the road and see if it resets.......

The ABS light is also probably on. After it rolls for a few feet, the ABS light will go out extinguishing the engine light.

When I change my oil, I put it on the center stand and run it in first gear to make sure of no leaks. The engine light will stay on until I ride about 50-100', then goes off.
