Does anyone have a contact at Parabellum?

I have been trying to contact Parabellum for a shipping cost to Canada on the Super Tenere Windshield.
So far my email inquires have gone unanswered.

Is this normal 'customer service' for them?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I called them Tues. they were very nice and I got my shield today. 3 day delivery,I hope it works well.
