Check grease on Kickstand and Center Stand

I happened to have my stands off recently to shorten them and noticed a lack of grease on the pivot points.
The kickstand had a little on it, but the center stand was bare and had started wearing the metal.
Just a heads up on maintenance..

This must be a new bike thing.

Do we need to post up the scheduled check maintenance thing in a nice easy to find place.

I've only ever owned pre-loved/abused bikes to date and as a matter of course I check everything before I ride it any further than my shed.

Maybe it's just a character flaw, but I really don't assume nothing has been missed along the way.

So now we have broken/loose spokes, leaky shaft vents, rusty side stands, vibrations.

Starting to sound like a classic already.

By the way, has anyone in the States found any weeping engine side covers yet? Have I missed it or does it seem to be a non issue over there.
