Celebrating our 31st Anniversary on the Tenere

Michele and I celebrated our 31st anniversary last weekend by meandering around the mountains of North Georgia, Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina. I didn't take many pictures, but here are a few:

I went all out on our accommodations. Truth be known, I spent all our money on farkling the Tenere, so we couldn't really afford any better digs. God, I love that woman.

Looks like a great way to spend the anniversary to me! Congratulations!

I too often feel guilty about the amount of money my wife allows me to spend on my toys.

Personally I prefer the understated cabin to some elegant get-up.

Congrats! It sounds like you have a good woman there for sure. I always say that expensive lodging isn't worth it since we never spend time in the room anyways.

Yeah she's a keeper. We've actually been together since we were 15 years old. Married at 19.

Exactly, why waste money on a room that you spend very little time in.
