Hi guys. I did a quick search, but didn't see much. Is there a step by step on here for swapping out the CCT? I would like to put a manual one in. Do you have to put the engine at TDC, etc? I've heard it is pretty simple. The service manual is not all that clear as it is telling you how to put it back in after a valve check.

I'm not the one with the step by step instructions, BUT..............PLEASE research this procedure and don't cut ANY corners on protecting against that chain slipping a tooth!!!!

Having said that, I have a gen1 with the manual tensioner and I am very happy to have that thing in my bike!
