I don't normally say much about products. Everyone has a opinion on what is your best product. Yesterday I decided to go to adv Motorrad near Rochester ny. I had previously coordinated this with Jason Smith, the owner. I wanted to see the bumot cases in person that he had mentioned were cosmetic damaged in shipping. I took the chance.
First and foremost Jason was pleasant and professional about everything. He showed me everything up front and took the time to answer any questions.
I looked at the damages to the cases and decided to make the purchase on the spot. The cases are very nice, even though they were not 100 percent undamaged. I honestly would not have found the damage to one of the panniers if it was not pointed out.
I'm excited to get better panniers and will be doing more business in the future with adv Motorrad.
If you are looking for panniers, I will highly recommend checking out the blems that adv Motorrad has. I think that I have done more cosmetic damage to my old panniers getting on the bike . Check them out, overall a very pleasant surprise and business to deal with

Dropped my fully loaded Tenere on a section of the TAT. Off camber uphill grade, and you know which way it went. ;) That thing is REALLY heavy past horizontal. Pannier got a minor smudge in the paint.

I would have grabbed a set of seconds in the blink of an eye. You will be very happy with them as they are a great product. Jason runs a quality operation.

I took a heck of a hit to my Bumots while deer hunting with my Tenere. Bent 1 badly and scuffed both up. I used a car jack and unbent the bad one and it is good as new. Powder coat held up well and racks didn't budge. I am more than satisfied with the product.

I also messed my seal up on one pannier in the deer hunting process. Called Jason and he sent me a pair in the mail within a couple days, the charge was very modest. Fine product and Jason is a stand up retailer.

... and besides, look at all that leverage they give ya, when trying to lift the cycle from the dirt nap.

Seriously, tho, keep your leg out of there from under them. No Dabbing Allowed.
