Here is one thread to start you on your search. I am pretty sure tires are/have been discussed in a couple few threads as I remember. I just bought a new set from Tabasco at Ride-On Adventure (a fellow member and vendor)

Enjoy, welcome and you'll find a good one no matter what ::008::

K60 Scouts, get them from Tabasco........you won't regret the switch. There are folks here on the forum that are getting some incredible amounts of mileage out of them and they still have a pretty reasonable offroad bite to them.

Got mine from Tabasco and just had them put on by my local shop here on the Westside of Los Angeles and have only ridden them on the road but like them so far.
I was wondering if these were made by a parent company but looked online and found it is not; it was started by two brothers in Germany.

Pretty sure they are available in OZ. The fellas at Garners in Melbourne were aware of them and said they had some in stock. (Although I couldn't convince them to quickly shod a set on the S10 I hired from them)

As said earlier, the dang bike should come with K60's. They fit the bikes mission perfectly.

If your just planning on dirt roads, the stock tires actually work surprisingly well. I have used them in some nasty gravel with some technical road riding along the way and I still like them, and will just keep using them.

I would not suggest them for technical terrain.

Moving the tire threads to the new sub-board gotcha.
;)
This is a 3 year old thread.
