'12 OEM Panniers on a Standard '14: Will it fit?

EDIT: Answer: Will fit with 0 issue on a '14+ ES. Will require spacers for non-ES/Standard '14+ as they don't come stock with passenger handles.

I've tried searching but haven't found anything on this exact subject but will a '12 OEM Pannier kit fit on a Standard, non-ES '14? Is there some adjustment that needs to be made? I'm pretty sure the lack of passenger handles will complicate this.

Are the mounting points the same like on the back of the rear footpegs?

I do believe so, It's the ES version that have a slight width variance.

I think the US bikes all come with the grab handles and when I bought my side cases the application said they fit 12-15 and 14-15 ES. So I think they are all the same?

Swapped mine from 2012 to 2014es. No issues.

My '14 non ES had the panniers on it at the dealer when I found it, but it had grab handles.

I moved my OEM panniers from my 2012 to my 2014 ES. went over without a hitch. Mama Yamaha did good when they didn't make changes to the structure.

The US 2015 standard/non-ES should have grab handles and not need a spacer unless someone took them off.

the Yamaha US site shows pictures on the US bike with grab handles.
