The rest of the rev range above 4k is there for a reason. Use it. At 5k my 2016 becomes a different animal.

My 2016 is sitting at 3500Km. I zero my Ave with every new tank and end up with a 4.9 L/Km. This is based on a good mix of commuting and open road riding.
