cost difference aside, how does this madstad bracket compare to the touratech version?

I just cancelled my progressive policy- they quoted me over twice what I was paying for a 2007 Goldwing. I went with geico as they priced my 2013 ST only slightly higher than the Wing.

I went with the yamaha heated grips, extended windshield, engine guards, and skidplate when I picked up my '13 yesterday. Came up to about $1400 total with tax. I'm ok with the lighter duty engine guards and skidplate-- any offroad stuff is going to be limited to fireroads and dirt roads...
