Any comments on whether the redesigned panniers on the 2023 model have improved their operation/function?

Looking at returning to an ADV style bike. Last ride was a standard naked but had 2 Multistradas prior to that. Want to do some light off roading. Super Ten hasn't been updated in eons but is reliable and owners seem to love 'em. Taking a hard look at the shaft driven S10 and the Africa Twin.
