I've got similar lights on my SV1000S like you posted, @Superraid and I've also been told they are really noticable. Planning to do the same to my Tenere as well :cool:

My wife said she saw Yamaha pontoons similar to the Sea-Doo ones, but they were a multi species dealer. The place was either quite new or recently renovated. It was impressive actually. Huge showroom with bikes, 4-wheelers, SXS, jet skis & apparently pontoons as well.

Tousley in White Bear Lake. They seemed more interested in selling SXS & pontoons.

The dealership where I'm buying the bike is 130 miles from home. Unfortunately I probably won't be going back unless they really impress me. Hopefully your dealer's new owners continue and retain their current employees, sounds like you've got a good thing there.

So in my intro I described my search for a super tenere. The dealership with the used bike and I couldn't agree on a price (they were also 375 miles away) so I decided to look into the new leftover '23s. I contacted 2 different dealers and Friday my wife and I drove down to check the bike out...

The 18 has Yamaha panniers and what appears to be an aftermarket skid plate. It has 9900 miles on it. The 23 only has a stock photo listed so I'm not aware of any accessories. Will be calling both tomorrow to get more info. I will admit I like the blue on the 18 over the graphite on the 23, but...
