I'm thinking of tackling a valve clearance inspection. I'm unclear what needs to be done with the cam chain tensioner. My interpretations is if the clearances are good, nothing.
if i need to remove the cams to adjust, i need to loosen the cam chain tensioner?? I saw online video that someone...
I saw this code posted elsewhere in the forum in reference to a valve inspection. THe post mentioned that this job should be 2.2 hours? Where can i find a list of job codes to confirm this? And if presented to service dealer should they stay within this- time/billing?

Where can i find details on what parts of a flash impact Cruise control? Like a diagram or something?
I know cruise can be impacted by a lot of things. Clutch switch, ABS wheel sensors, brake switch (front and rear), Throttle position, .......
But I've read that an ECU can impact Cruise...
So I crushed my headers and ther cruise would not work. I ordered arrow headers but they would take 8 weeks. So while I was waiting for the headers I had it flashed by speedway in Newmarket ontario. The flashed it in anticipation of my arrow headers and a kn air filter.
After the flash the...
I purchased the Arrow Headers for my 2020 Super Tenere. Everywhere i've read indicate they are compatible. However the end of the headers is smaller diameter than stock so the muffler pipe that fits over it is too large. Not sure what i'm supposed to do to fill that gap? Was a gasket...
Im scheduled to get my ecm flashed and 8 currently have no mods.
Yesterday while camping I hit a rock and crushed my headers 50% of diameter. While driving if I put cruise on bike stalls after a bit
I've now ordered arrow headers to replace. So I guess I will now have the ecm flashed to...

Well my front rose to 40 and rear to 50.
Should i have a lower cold pressure so when they increase it is not so far out?

Hello,
Anyone think of a way to build a bracket for the windshield to allow to raise it up to the second hole from the bottom to another hole (empty space) above where the now top mount hole is?
Question. Since there is not an independent front to rear sag adjustment with the ES Models, how do you compensate if the Sag #'s don't work out properly front or back? Say your rear sag is set just right, but the numbers for front don't work out to the ~30% of travel???
