Thanks, It is fully clean. I am in Hungary, no rusty was on calippers. what kind of adjusters do you wrote?

My front brake tightens. Calippers are clean, pads 50%, no air bulbs, new oil…etc. Did all basic check. I do not know how long does it. If i spin the wheel, it rolls only half, max one. It works well, no warning light. any idea where to go?
