    Removed rear pads on my 2017 ES model. No shims behind the pads but looking at assembly diagram they show some as part of the assembly. Asking myself if this is last owner omitted or normal ?

    Hi there had simlar problem all I did is I got in by removing Bottom maybe 8 philps and 2 torx on side corner. And Voila hope this can help.
