USPS more expensive! This is unexpected. The box is 24x24x9. Its light but has size so I can cushion and pack the windshield. I was told money can be saved by making the box smaller, but due to the size of the shield not$90 smaller. Any other ideas?

WOW!!! Just checked with UPS. $90. I'll check with USPS tomorrow. The box is light and the dimensions are 24x24x9. Bike Week was good. Weather was great but the Friday night flat track was rained out. Had to get back home to get some rest!!!
