I bought the Noco NLP14 about a month ago when it was on sale at Amazon for $185 CAD (not yet installed), since they were getting great reviews and my OEM battery is starting to struggle. Plan is to swap it out over the winter.
They are currently on sale for Amazon's Black Friday event for $149 if anyone is looking to pick one up. Unfortunately, I'm just past my return window....

Don’t forget a charger. With luck you will only need it once. Initial charge I went this route worked great.IMG_0667.png

These are great batteries. Cranks great and I don't even worry about any maintainer any more. I can leave the key on when stopping to take pictures or a break without worrying about running the battery down. This is the perfect battery in my opinion.

I have been eyeing that battery myself.
Should I be concerned how it interacts with the regulator/rectifier of the S10? I read that older R/Rs may get fried when being used with Lithium batteries.
Does anyone have tens of thousands of miles on their S10 with a lithium battery?

I'm going on four years with a lithium battery and I've never even had to charge it. If I was buying the NOCO battery, I would buy it direct from NOCO. Cheaper than most online sites and a warranty claim would be a lot easier.

Been using a Scorpion Lithium 385 cold cranking amps battery for the last 15,000 miles, so far it’s been trouble free and my Tenere starts much better than it ever did before, doesn’t sound like the battery is half dead, I also bought a Lithium charger
