    Stock Seats or Seat Concepts

I had a Seat Concepts on my last S10. A lot better than stock as it's thicker and no grip cover. I have a Terry seat on my current S10. Much better than the SC.

What you did to your Tenere today??!!

I tried a Laam seat well. Spent a lot of time discussing what I wanted with him (flat seat that doesn't force me to sit back into a pocket) and he sent me a seat that forced me to sit back into a pocket. Sent it back to get reworked, but it was pretty much the same. Sold it and got a Seat...

    Finally, I own a Super10!

Congrats. Some people like the OEM cases as they're light and narrow so good for lane-splitting so you should be able to sell them. The Yamaha upper guard doesn't look like it adds much in the way of protection. Get rid of that and you can mount your Piaas under the headlights where they won't...

    Horn not working properlly (PIAA)

I had the Piaa twin horns on my last S10 for 60,000 km and the same ones on my 2nd S10 for 30,000 km. Zero issues and they get drivers' attention even if they're busy surfing. Make sure they are positioned so water doesn't collect in them.

Givi PLR2119 Rapid Release Racks vs. SW-MOTECH Quick-Lock EVO Side Case Racks for Soft Luggage

I had the Givis on my last S10. They work as advertised. Personal taste but i like the look of them better than the SW Motechs.

SuperTen, to change or not to change?

If you're going to post up asking for advice, don't get butthurt when you get it. ;) I'm not anti-BMW, owned a number of them. Just against paying BMW prices for Chinese engines. Get the beemer if if makes you happy, that's all that matters.

SuperTen, to change or not to change?

Saying it's fine without having tried a flashed S10 is like the 40 YO virgin saying that spanking hank is as good as the real thing. The difference between non-flashed and flashed is night and day. More power, much smoother, no more jerky off-throttle engine braking. You're not getting more...

SuperTen, to change or not to change?

Fine if you want to pay German prices for Chinese products. Get your S10 flashed by Chris Steedman at CJS Racing in Bristol before giving up on it. http://www.cjsracing.co.uk/

S10 Suspension compared to Africa Twin for aching back

Actually a 21" wheel should be more stable. That's why it's used on dirt bikes and most street bikes use a 17" wheel. Most adv bikes aim for a compromise between the two at 19 inches. My F650GS Dakar was very stable. It boils down to weight and frame geometry.

S10 Suspension compared to Africa Twin for aching back

I owned a 2016 AT for a couple of years. The suspension worked well solo without luggage, but throw some camping gear on the bike and it became clear quickly that it was too undersprung even for that, much less riding with a passenger. The front end would get really light and shake in corners...

    Finally succumbed to pressure...

Forgot to mention, it's exactly like my first S10. Sold it to get an Africa Twin, what a mistake that was....

    Finally succumbed to pressure...

Nice, you should get the ECU flashed by Chris Steedman at CJS Racing in Bristol. It'll be way more powerful and way smoother.
