Generally, I like to buy my bikes mildly pre-farkled (with the mods/farkles I have decided I wanted after my research), and I like to sell them that way also if I am emotionally attached to the bike. For me, the key farkles/mods make a bike better and I hate to sell it as a "lesser" bike...
