That has happened to most users of the Trialmax Mission after 9k miles due to hard braking. I demo hard braking at least 4 times a week while teaching MSF classes. Did not impact the feel of the steering though.

That happened to me too when i switched from the OEM header to a full arrow system. I too had to mod the right side to fit the O2 sensor. My solution was to dremel the corner it was touching so now on the 7 region of miric's pics instead of the curved corner, there is a straight cut

For the 2013-2013 Gen 1 S10, the wiring diagram has only 2, 2 cable connectors that are black/white cables, and they are for #46 or #47 (the speed sensors)
