Thank you. Since it is a steel bar ... I assume a steel rivet vs. an aluminum one? A friend of mine said he could rivet it (i don't own a rivet gun and have never tried) but said to be sure to get the right type of rivet for the material to avid oxidation etc. Thanks for the advice.

I had both. Sold the FJR. Kept the S10. Fast enough for me and worlds more comfortable.

Rasher; Have to agree. I bought the Super Tenere after I sold the WeeStrom. I am seriously thinking of getting another WeeStrom to keep along side the S10. It is simply fun to ride on daily stuff.

I voter with a lot of people in here. My FJR was lots of fun and truly fast. But it is much more compact on my knees and harder to take on long rides. My S10 isn't nearly as fast but it is all day comfortable, will exceed any speed limits, I think it is less subject to severe crosswinds...
