Ok I hav searched this forum but cannot find the answer, so can I replace the fork springs on my S10 with the forks still attached to the bike, I have a spring compressor tool and gave changed conventional fork springs in situ?

I fitted a Pyramid infill panel in satin black plastic to the right side of the bike, looks good and will prevent water and crap spraying up on my leg, the 2 supplied bolts are not as nice as the oem bolts.
