What you did to your Tenere today??!!

Changed the standard spring for a Hyperpro spring. Blood was sacrificed in the pursuit of unspringing the spring to appease the suspension Gods... The swop over went ok so the blood offering must of worked! :)

What you did to your Tenere today??!!

Modified (cut n shut) a rear exhaust cover... Got to hit it with some 2k lacquer to seal the decal. (It was a 'WorldCrosser' decal that I've butchered just to have the speedblock stripe).

    ABS unit bypass pipe details

Mates ABS was playing up on the rear of his 2014 only so I made a U pipe up for him, fitted it, used two pressure blanks the two ports on the ABS unit just to seal them properly. Bled the back brake system normally a couple of times. ABS now works on the front only, ABS still functions as it...

Problem when shifting down into 2nd and 1st

I've been in a Kawasaki Triples forum for over 20+ years and yes the same questions pop up on there every year (Why do I end up in the hedge on a set of twisty bends?, How do I remove my kids dead hamster from the airbox in one piece?), but some people (like me) want to learn how they work...

    'De-catting' the headers.

The first reason I did this mod was to experiment & find out if I could take the cat out through a keyhole... The second reason was that I have had the ECU remapped by WIZ Performance for the Arrow headers & aftermarket can and the bike was ‘lurching/hunting’ at low speed with slight throttle...

    'De-catting' the headers.

I deliberately left all the sharp 'sticky-out' drill edges so I could rest the plate on it to make it easier to weld up. See? It was welded by my mate Paul... I don't think that is going to leak. :):):) And they all lived happily ever after.... Note. I've seen the video where the...

    'De-catting' the headers.

I was bored (I get bored easily)..... So I thought I would 'de-cat' the standard headers that I had hanging about in the garage after fitting some Arrow headers. Keyhole surgery was required I thought, so pass the forceps Doc.... I started off using (several) metal cutting discs on my Dremel...

flying stinging ickey nasty crawling encounters of the buggy kind...

Years ago I was giving a mate a lift home on the back of my GPz750 Turbo... A bright sunny summers day, not a cloud in the sky, lovely and warm (Unusual for the UK)... anyway I was wearing a leather jacket & jeans that day, riding along I felt a few 'thunks' as various bugs hit me as we rode...
