An idea was and still is to find OEM fog lights brackets for mounting on Yamaha OEM Engine guard ( post above). But for the first time I have ordered from Aliexpress two types for the checking if they fits. The one of them at left side looks not bad solution until I will find OEM for engine guard.

Im in similar situation, just I have already made the first step - have bough PIAA LP530 fog lights kit for car. Mounting brackets, harness and switch are not enough or completely non suitable for mounting on motorcycle and need to be reworked or replaced. Im trying to find OEM fog lights...

Forgot to mention that it appears at unpaved and bad quality pavement roads. On good pavement roads - its not an issue. By the way, local Yamaha serviceman don't heard it. This is normal position...

This was checked first by me, second by local Yamaha serviceman and for final sure by other moto serviceman - head bearings tightened properly.

No. This is not a horn plate. Noise still available. Looks it is very near ""nose"". Somewhere at upper fairing area, not tank. Definitely not under side cowlings. Not a something on handlebar knocking it - silence. Odometer 23950 km. Hm... To be continued.

The next thought concerning this matter. Yes, you are right in most case - over small bumps. I have found two possible sources: 1. front brake parts. About that I have found an info somewhere in chapter for brakes. Yes it is available when knocking by fist lower part of front fork leg...

1 month ago has changed my HJC IS-16 helmet to Schubert E1 - mentioned strange noise came back... Front fork legs are still good aligned. I could say - this noise is something similar like several small nuts ""playing"" inside metal box. Location of this noise - somewhere near tank front...

Just would like to confirm that same problem "" Clicking noise over bumpy road"" on mine xt1200ze 2014 year appears after first year at about 10-12 K km and was solved after front fork proper alignment by myself this winter ( at 19 K km). It was about 1 mm difference between left and right...

mine 2014 ze came with mentioned 3 pcs. locks under seat also. First time not uderstood what for, now - clear.
